limited minibar poor cocktails
the minibar selection was quite limited, mostly offering beer and wine. i expected more variety, like gin or vodka. also, the adult pool cocktails were a miss. i ordered one after specifying my preferences, but it tasted nothing like what i wanted. it seemed like they just threw something together without much care, disappointing given the prices charged. i think they can do better, especially considering it presents itself as a luxury spot.

Every detail was carefully considered, from the beautifully appointed room to the perfect service. The staff anticipated my needs before i even voiced them. the spacious room featured a separate living area. A true sanctuary of peace and relaxation. i particularly loved the rainfall shower. It offered a spa-like experience in the privacy of my own room.
the gym, while adequate, lacked a few pieces of equipment, though it did not detract significantly from the otherwise excellent experience.

the restaurants offered diverse cuisines and the service was attentive, though the menu options were somewhat limited, they still ensured that every meal felt special and nice with perfect presentation.

the pool area had comfortable loungers, offering ample space for relaxation and each pool maintained a serene atmosphere, they provided a tranquil escape. there were enough towels readily available, and the water was perfectly temperature controlled!

The staff were consistently warm and professional, they offered personalized attention. every request was met with a smile. Each member contributed greatly to my feeling of being pampered! the service provided really good attention.

spacious room clean beach delicious coconut dark room poor cocktails slow service
The room was spacious and included all necessary amenities. The beach provided a clean space for relaxation. I especially liked the young coconut. Shisha at Tocha was a nice addition.
The room seemed a little dark, even with the blinds fully open. I felt the range of cocktails at the adult pool was poor, disappointing. It took well over an hour for drinks to arrive through room service.

Really good Stay Near the Beach
diverse options excellent service beach access nice view
The breakfast buffet offered diverse options. Staff members were very attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel is near the beach , made access very convenient. The room had a nice view with a balcony.
The room looked a bit worn. It could benefit from some updates, but it was still comfortable.

quiet beach fresh fruit attentive staff
I enjoyed the quiet beach. It felt very private. fresh fruit was brought to us near the pool, a lovely touch! the staff, especially deepal, ensured our comfort, which i appreciate.

My darling and I enjoyed a peaceful stay. Our Harmony Master Suite was beautiful, and we received a complimentary rainforest experience. I loved the attentive service, especially from the staff at the pool. The resort has a wonderful ambiance. The pool area was relaxing. The rooms are decorated tastefully.
I felt the check-in process was somewhat slow.

Alizee restaurant offered a cut-down menu for half-board guests, with some popular items absent. The breakfast selection included a wide array of fresh foods. The matcha latte was really good. Room service delivery took over an hour, though the cocktails were delicious.
