Every detail was carefully considered, from the beautifully appointed room to the perfect service. The staff anticipated my needs before i even voiced them. the spacious room featured a separate living area. A true sanctuary of peace and relaxation. i particularly loved the rainfall shower. It offered a spa-like experience in the privacy of my own room.
the gym, while adequate, lacked a few pieces of equipment, though it did not detract significantly from the otherwise excellent experience.

The room was spacious and included all necessary amenities. The beach provided a clean space for relaxation. I especially liked the young coconut. Shisha at Tocha was a nice addition.
The room seemed a little dark, even with the blinds fully open. I felt the range of cocktails at the adult pool was poor, disappointing. It took well over an hour for drinks to arrive through room service.

The breakfast buffet offered diverse options. Staff members were very attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel is near the beach , made access very convenient. The room had a nice view with a balcony.
The room looked a bit worn. It could benefit from some updates, but it was still comfortable.

My darling and I enjoyed a peaceful stay. Our Harmony Master Suite was beautiful, and we received a complimentary rainforest experience. I loved the attentive service, especially from the staff at the pool. The resort has a wonderful ambiance. The pool area was relaxing. The rooms are decorated tastefully.
I felt the check-in process was somewhat slow.
